Stan and Kathleen Ayling Senior Citizens - Waiheke
Walking about waiheke is a joy worth cherishing. We moved over to Waiheke Island about 6 years ago. We were members of the Royal Forest & Bird Society (Waikato Branch) for about 20 years, living on Paku Hill at the entrance to the Tairua Harbour, and worked in conjunction with Waikato Regional Council & T.C.D.C, on Dune Restoration work at Tairua and Pauanui, until around seven years ago, also led walks for groups of people through the beautiful Coromandel bush over a period of years. Had our own sailing boat moored in the Tairua Harbour, spending many days sailing up the lovely east coast of the North Island.
Say Hi when you pass by.
