Andy Spence - Waiheke

Andy Spence the singing ranger has been at Whakanewha Regional Park since it started in 1995. Andy has gathered enormous community support over the years and works with many local people and community groups to ensure that the park meets the needs of visitors whilst also being a very important place for the protection of nature. There is a very active volunteer program at the park, and anyone is welcome.
