Rocky Bay - Waiheke Walk

An acient Maori pa site with panoramic views over Rocky Bay to Auckland is one of the highlights of this walk. Various starting points of the track makes it ideally suited to your time frame though most seem to start at Omiha Bay. Visiting Whakanewha Regional Park is well worth the time and effort once reaching the cascades upper regions. Allow 2 1/5 hrs minumum
