Waiheke Island Events

2006 is shaping up for a great year on Waiheke Island.

From leisurely guided evening walks, to Jazz, blues, folk music, contrasting with classical nights at Whittakers, the comprehensive schedule of events also includes Waiheke Wine Festival and Sculpture on the Gulf. There are two major fishing competitions, but the most famous Waiheke event is the Easter Jazz Festival, where international musicians draw huge crowds from all over New Zealand.
